Outstanding Salesperson

Our salesman, Chad, was outstanding! He knows what he is talking about and is not going to direct you on a wild goose chase if there is nothing that can be done to help you. He also goes beyond what he is asked by calling and checking on you to make sure the car is still what you want, doing good and even to check to make sure you had a safe travel home! That means a lot! I have been to some places and once you buy the car, who cares after that..... I will continue my purchases with a company that has the people like Chad! He will not steer you wrong!

A Very Pleased Customer

I had been shopping around for a new car at various dealerships over the last few months, and my first impression of State line was that the dealership was inviting, well organized and stocked with a variety of cars, and the salespeople were more friendly and helpful than pushy. I ended up purchasing a brand new 2021 Jeep Compass at an incredible price with the year-end sale, and my consultant, Darius, was so great to work with. Would absolutely recommend Stateline if you are looking for your next vehicle.

Stateline is the best dealership on the planet. My salesman is a rock star. Their staff are true professionals and they have revolutionized the car buying experience. Needed a Jeep

Patricia was wonderful

I came into some money unexpectedly and because I had recently purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata with 150,000 miles from a buy here pay here dealership I decided to see if I could purchase a better vehicle because I was experiencing problems with the car I had. I was greeted at the door by Patricia Jefferson who took my application and worked with me and the finance department to get me a 2015 Nissan Rogue for the same payment I was making on the Sonata I was driving. Patricia was professional and presented me with the perfect vehicle for my needs. I highly recommend her and State line if you are looking for your next vehicle.

Stateline Chrysler, Fiat... Angela Purser

I came in to have my car serviced, and while there I decided to take a look at what's new. I met Angela, and the next thing I knew, I had a brand new car. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process flow beautifully.

Service

I gave an average overall rating, just because I had to wait 4 hours to get my car back. I wasn’t informed of any delay and I think the appointment system is totally useless because it takes every time at least two hours wait.
