My joe holland experience

Best place in wv. The whole staff is educated and friendly. Service is quick and spot on. Car buying is quick and always get what you want.

Call center get the blame

Even though we verified the vehicle being there after driving 2.5 hours one way the vehicle they said the vehicle was sold. Sure felt like a bait and switch operation and not a single call to tell us. O wait there was a text sent 10 minutes after we left the dealership. It all got blamed on the "call center" even though we talked directly with a sales person and told them we were coming specifically for that vehicle. I could not imagine how "Joe" would feel if we wasted 5 hours of his time and the lack of concern was astounding. Another of life's learning experiences.

Drove 2.5 hours one way to be told the vehicle we wanted...

Drove 2.5 hours one way to be told the vehicle we wanted was gone. What a waste of our time !!! Then it was blamed on the call center after we had talked with a person who identified himself as a salesman who we talked to specifically about this vehicle and telling him we were on our way. No phone call to let us know but wait we did receive a text 10 minutes after we had already left the dealership upon discovering the vehicle was gone. Poor customer service for sure and hints of switch and bait.

Outstanding customer service

Benny Morton is the go to sales guy. He got me the truck I wanted at the price I wanted and the paperwork took about 10 minutes to complete. I’ve bought two trucks off of him within a year.
