The service coordinator was courteous, but I felt as though because I am a woman, I was looked at as though I didn?t know what I was talking about. I tried to explain the message I received that necessitated a service call, but I felt rushed and unseen.

bought a used jeep wrangler there from tom who is a nice
bought a used jeep wrangler there from tom who is a nice guy but the car he sold me needed a lot of work that they were unaware of. found that out the hard way. bought it as is so looks like I'm forking out 900 bucks for new driveshaft and tie rod. So the pre sale inspection needs work. get your used car checked out at a local mechanic not there before you buy.

They don't want your business
I drove 90 minutes to get there, looked at vehicles for 30 minutes, another couple was out looking at vehicles. Nobody ever approached either of us to help, of ask if we needed assistance. I got tired and left. I called to see if they were even open. The lady said they haven't had that building open for a long time..the one beside the VW lot, with the Chevy trucks and Tesla out front has been closed down a long time? It looked open to me lots of cars out front. I was ready to purchase today, I'm sorry I was important enough to be your customer...oh well. Another company found me worthy to be a customer.

NEver buy at JOe
If I could give no stars. I would. In July of last year purchased a buick enclave.. It was listed for 19,9, that is overpriced, however, i can work with it payment wise.. Car was priced with finance at 21, 9 I just paid for someone vacation.. after cost of warranty added in we owed 24,000 on car that blue books for maybe 11,0 So we cannot trade, we have tried 3 times, no one will take over loan nd new car , because of being 14,000 over in equity.. So what do I do? help me!

Warranty on Volkswagen sucks
I love my Volkswagen . But the warranty doesn’t cover anything if y extended your warranty. Just want money and this place tore up my first Volkswagen. This will be my last Volkswagen.

Go to Any Other Dealership.
Management is totally incompetent. Employees are underpaid, overworked, and worn out. Mechanics are good but the customer service and etiquette are lacking in many ways. The manager is a miserable person that can't wait to retire. They care only about getting your money and forgetting you.
