The salesman used the same old expected tired "car salesman" lines. He asked too many questions that were not his concern. He kept pushing me to use ...their financing when I had told him I would be using my credit union for my loan. The finance man kept badgering me to fill out their finance forms and wanted to know why I wouldn't use their financing. Then when I was waiting for my car keys to be returned to me another man came across the showroom demanding me to tell him why I wouldn't use their financing, again. He asked me why they weren't good enough. Then he asked me if I was willing to pay an extra $500 to use my credit union. I thought that was tacky and unprofessional. I found the entire experience to be aggressive and I was glad I had my boyfriend with me. Needless to say I did not buy a car from them.

I had never driven an Acura before and wasn't as familiar with Acura's cars. However, Anu took the time to explain Acura's values and to learn what fa...ctors were most important for my vehicle purchase. He didn't pressure me to purchase any vehicle during my first visit and simply encouraged me to enjoy my test drive experiences. I inquired about another vehicle and Anu made sure the vehicle was available the 2nd time I returned. The purchasing process was very pleasant with Gus and Mike. I am thankful for cars.Com and Anu's knowledge and friendly, courteous demeanor. I am proud to be a part of the Frank Leta Acura family and love my 2014 Acura ILX.
