I worked with Straub Automotive to buy the 21 Ford Mach 1 out of state. I flew in on Monday morning and left with the car on Monday evening. The car was exactly as advertised. The paperwork was quick and easy and they were great to work with. Travis answered all my questions and made everything go smoothly.

I bought my 1st Honda from Straub in 1978 when it was Down town Wheeling, I’ve bought 8 since, I just had my 2019 CRV serviced and I had 5 things Serviced, 40 Minutes later, it was all done! Unbelievable service, plus I had a Coupon for $50 off & it was expired but they still honored it! That’s why I keep buying from them!

Used car's manager.
Used car's manager. I believe his name is Brian sold a car out from underneath me we had a verbal deal with over the phone. He was supposed to send me the paperwork and I was supposed to send it back. Never received the paperwork. So I called to see what was going on and they told me it was being sold literally as I was talking with them. The manager wouldn't let me put a deposit down. He said they don't do that there. Long story short, he's a xxxxxxx, and the dealership is xxxxxxxx. .

Again and again Straub's goes above and beyond.
Again and again Straub's goes above and beyond. Cody Phillips is the ABSOLUTE best. He has taken care of me for years. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle or service. My service appointment was for my 2019 Ford Ranger 4x4. I purchased it another dealership because I just wanted a basic truck. Honda has a Ridgeline and Nissan has a Frontier but did not like either of them. In any case, this is the only time I had not bought a vehicle from Straub's. I like to joke that I helped built the buildings at The Highlands location, Cody and crew always explain what has happened and/or needs to keep an eye on or needs done. Straub's is the BEST. Keep up the Excellent Work.

I purchased a vehicle in July.
I purchased a vehicle in July. My salesman was friendly but not knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. I had 2 requests. I require 3rd row and heated seats. I did not check for the heated seats, I assumed the salesman was correct/being honest. We signed the contract that evening and picked up the next afternoon. We received a call the next day asking if the car was ok/ clean and we hadn’t even picked it up yet. At pickup we immediately noticed it wasn’t very clean but drove away. We purchased the extra warranty that was supposed to cover computer/ electrical issues. I just had my vehicle serviced as it needed an oil change and the traction light came on. I was just informed that my extended warranty will not cover the software update as nothing is broken. 300.00 plus 150.00 for them to look into the issue as well as 2 days to figure it all out . So buyer beware, can you afford to pay extra for bad coverage, can you afford to be without your car for day?? I suggest going somewhere with better customer service support and more knowledgeable salespeople!
