The car salesman, Jae Lim, who worked with me was really great--friendly without pressure. Jessica Baum was also very pleasant as we went through the paperwork.

My experience at Criswell Honda was a positive experience. I was treated with the upmost respect and was npt pushed to buy. My salesman was friendly and very professional. I was a woman by herself buying a car, and did not feel like I was being taken avenged of. If buying a car can be a fun experience my came awfully close.

Victor shared after listening to my concerns the range of options. We took a test ride and showed me features of the vehicle. We further discussed my purchase, and what I could expect. I'm a hard sale, I was looking for a specific type of vehicle at a certain price. I located this vehicle several places in and around Washington. Chriswell Honda being one of these locations. I had dealing with chriswell in the past and was treated with respect, and felt I made a great Purchase. From my saleman "Michael Mazhari" to the finance manager "Victor Azari" even the service department and their manager "David Salter ", managed to make my experience with Purchasing a vehicle and also dealing with any little annoyance there after as comfortable and stress free as possible. This has lead me to believe, if Chriswell Honda has the vehicle your looking for........ It will be a fair and honest deal. You can't ask for more than that.

We were in the market for a new Civic Coupe and wanted one with the safety technology. John Hicks, our salesman was extremely helpful and very low key. He responded to our questions and worked around our schedule to finalize the sale. We also appreciated Andy Russo's efforts to complete the purchase. Gary Graves quickly scheduled us for the Cilajet application immediately after we purchased the car and ensured it would be completed to meet our needs. We have appreciated our first experience with Criswell and look forward to servicing the car there.
