Criswell is a large, very impressive, full-service Honda Dealership located in Germantown, MD. Why did I drive all the way up there (I live in Gainesville, VA) to buy a car, one may ask? Answer: Salesperson Natasha Parsard. She and her Manager (sorry Sir, I forgot your name), the Finance Guy, Iver, and the rest of the Crew made a big purchase (for us) possible. We had purchased a car from Natasha some years ago and my Wife suggested that we call her to see if she could help us purchase a new 2026 Honda Pilot Elite w/ factory-installed towing capabilities. She could and she did! Thank you, Natasha. Nothing would have gone forward, however, without her Manager's approval. At first, the deal looked hopeless (their price/ my budget), but he and I worked hard together to make it happen. Thank you, Sir. I highly recommend that you give Natasha and Criswell a call when you get ready to purchase a new (or used) Honda.

My fifth consecutive family vehicle with Criswell, first with Ms. Parsard. Worked with her on purchase a new Civic Hybrid purchase for my youngest daughter. Highly competent and understood our particular situation and budget restrictions. Very little pressure or upsell tactics. I purchased a car two months ago from Criswell Honda, and they never sent me permanent tags. I called to try to talk to someone, as my tags are expiring. Natasha answered the phone and was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She basically told me she couldn’t help me and wouldn’t transfer me to the right department. She kept talking over me and was extremely unhelpful. When I asked to speak to her manager, she transfer me to a voicemail instead of telling me the manger wasn’t there.

The dealership was great everyone was welcoming and professional. I really appreciate Enrique and Arbi’s excellent customer service and how easy he made the car-buying experience.
