I purchased a car two months ago from Criswell Honda, and they never sent me permanent tags. I called to try to talk to someone, as my tags are expiring. Natasha answered the phone and was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She basically told me she couldn’t help me and wouldn’t transfer me to the right department. She kept talking over me and was extremely unhelpful. When I asked to speak to her manager, she transfer me to a voicemail instead of telling me the manger wasn’t there.

The dealership was great everyone was welcoming and professional. I really appreciate Enrique and Arbi’s excellent customer service and how easy he made the car-buying experience.
