I tried to negotiate a deal via the net due to circumstances. This dealership would not put anything in writing, would not reply, but once to my offers for this auto, then finally sold the auto I was trying to buy. Do not deal with these guys.

Worse place to buy a car, dishonest and do not honor their own word. Do not buy a car from this car dealer Shop! I met with John the salesperson from the European Auto House on 10-23-2019 to buy a silver color Toyota Prius 3 that they had listed on carfax for $12,900 dollars. John runned my credit and type a contract which I signed on 10-23-2019. After a few hours and not find a bank that could give me a good interest rate I said to John that I would call my bank to get a better interest rate and he said that that was ok that the car is mine already and that he will keep it for me. I called him the following day on 10-24-2019 by phone to let him know that I was approved with a better interest rate and that my bank will send me a check and he even congratulated me for being approved. Today 10-26-2019 I spoke to john the salesperson over the phone early in the morning at around 8:30 AM and asked him if I could drive off the car since I was already approved with the loan, I had sent him also the email from my bank approval today and I had signed the car documents already on 10-23-2019. He then said that he was going to talk to his boss Michel to see if I could take the car home today and that he could not talk to him until 1:00 PM because he is Jewish and was not at the shop and that he will let me know if his boss was ok with that. I waited almost 6 hours today for John to get a response from his boss Micheal and he did not call me back at 1:00 PM as he had promised. I then call John again at 2:00 PM and after 15 minutes waiting on the phone, he finally picks up the phone and says to me that they had sold the Toyota Prius 3 2013 to somebody else. I felt betray, tired and the worse part is I had promised my son's mother that I would purchase her a newer 2013 Prius car since she badly needed a car upgrade. She had purchased a car on her own that was in a very bad condition with the little money she had so I wanted to help her out but I do not what else to say I am very frustrated and disappointed. John, I have lost total respect for you and your boss Michel why in the world would you do that to anyone???

I purchased a G 550 site unseen from Michael Kohen and had it transported to NC. Michael is an honorable man and will be patient and work hard to help satisfy his customers. He wants to be certain you get exactly what you want at a very fair market price. He will also help secure a quality aftermarket warranty to help put ones mind at ease after the purchase and for years to come.

The worst. They agreed to sell me a car and I was waiting for Them to prepare paperwork, but they sold to someone else before my paperwork was done. (I had already paid to have my mechanic check out the car.) Then they tried to sell me another car I didn’t want.

I would rate European Auto House 5 star, service was great and fast, staff are friendly and helpful and answered all questions and concerns that I had.

The staff was very helpful and arranged for a difficult deal to be put together. I would recommend them anytime. A Good place to buy
