After issues going there angella called me back and had me come in again and assured me it would be different if i gave them a second chance. I mad the appointment came in expecting to waste my time again and at the end of the day i left from the dealership very happy. Im glad i went back. Amazing!
Explained everything so I could understand. Made me feel comfortable. Super friendly but not like a creepy friendly, which I've dealt with before. Definitely recommending Auto Expo to anyone I know in search of a car, thanks to their great prices and outstanding service.

This dealership is the best, I went in for assistance with a used Honda and Derek was very attentive, listened to my needs and understood what I wanted. He is a very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealer and Derek in particular for the great customer service and the prices.

I just came in to check out a few trucks they had on the lot aND Steven Kastrati was a pleasure to work with. I gave him a budget I was comfortable with and he was very accommodating. I never planned on driving home today in a Suburban. ..Thank You Steven!!

This is the worst dealership I have every been to. STEVEN would not let me sit down with financing until I created This account with Dealrater. He then told me what to write. The SUV I went to look at was not clean when I arrived and they did not start washing it until about an hour or so into my time there - once I was confident with the purchase. Due to the lack of response from Steven, and Ronny, their finance manager since the day after my purchase, I have to return this vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles and never been treated so Rude and Disrespefully by an entire staff.
No pressure great service,
Came into AE just to take a look around. I ended up meeting with Sam. Sam was very straight forward, a good listener and very patient as I was unsure as to what I wanted. Sam showed me three cars before I decided to leave. I slept on the decision to buy one of the cars I was looking at a Q50, then came back 2 days later. The decision to come back had everything to do with my initial experience. I recommend anyone reading this that's looking for a car to check out AE, they're great and will put you in a great car. Don't bother with Auto Expo
Stereotypical used car dealer! We were looking for a specific model car. Their website showed they had 5-6 of the car we were looking for. I called before we left to confirm the cars were still available. They confirmed the cars were still available so we decided to make the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership. When we got there they had none! Not a single one! And it wasn't because they had just sold them all. I called just before we left! And a week later I just checked their website and they still show the cars on their website! Unbelievable! Incredibly unscrupulous! Just trying to get you into the dealership so they can bait and switch. Don't bother with Auto Expo. There are other better more honest dealers out there. We wound up finding the car we were looking for at another dealer closer to home who confirmed the car was available (and it was) and this other dealer was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Don't waste your time with AutoExpo!

Don't Judge a Book by Its Cover- NIGHTMARE
Purchased a vehicle on 5/24 and the radio dies 5/26. Contacted the dealership and spoke with YURI, ANGELO, RONI and Mike and all where FRAUDS, Took car to a REAL, REPUTABLE BMW deanship only for them to tell me the car was in an accident and had water damage that caused the amp to blow out. $2285.00 to fix. AUTO EXPO told me that the lemon law did not protect me for this issue and that "I'm on my own!' After getting the run around and passed around like a cheap suit, I decided to pay to get it fixed myself and try to recoup the monies later. I have started a lawsuit, contacted BBB and the Attorney Generals office to investigate this establishment. Oh, I almost forgot, the news networks will be visiting them shortly as well... Get ready CROOKS, you are about to be exposed. Walk one block north or south of this place and you will find other dealerships that are much more reputable. If you don't believe me, check them out on YELP. There is something shady about this place as you get the vibe from when you walk in the door. Make sure you record all conversations and do everything in writing/email to protect yourself. I know I did it, thats why they will have to answer for their shadiness when we visit a judge to determine how crooked they really are. Will never go to this place again, not even to use the bathroom. The worst experience ever. And whatever you do, don't fall for Angelo's sob stories, Yuriy giving out Russian candy or Roni's watch talk, they all have a hidden agenda and thats to rip you off, sell you a lemon and take your money and run. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't say you wasn't warned..... I wanted to give them ZERO stars, unfortunately, you have to give atlas one. So. they received that by default.... They also pass them selves off as certified BMW dealers, BMW Corporate has something to say about that. They will be contacting them about that as well... Congratulations, you PLAYED YOURSELVES... HORRIBLE.....

Our team was in distress after reading your very negative review but on your own without contacting us, took it to another dealership to repair the Amp. We would have covered the Amp repair had you given us a chance. After we were made aware of the problem we asked you to bring the car in for an evaluation. Based on input from the other dealership we repaired the quarter panels without a charge but we cannot reimburse you for repairs made by another dealership. I also want to mention that we never represented ourselves as a certified BMW dealer.

Auto expo is awesome, step by step through the entire process I was able to leave with a hot BMW 535I and I love it !! Please come to auto expo this place is honestly the best!

Came in to auto expo dealership not knowing what to expect. Had the chance to sit down with sale rep. Steven, he gave me a breakdown of everything I needed to know help me get the car of my choosing also sat down with Yuriy and financial Ronny which they got me best price available on my new Range Rover Evoque 2015. 😍 Going home happy!!!
