FIRST OFF, THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I want to start off by saying that the experience was an emotional rollercoaster. With me havin less than stellar credit and a previous repo it was almost impossible for me to obtain a car loan from any dealership. I started my experience here at auto expo with Diana who was more than pleasurabable and ended my experience with Steven who pushed and pushed for my loan to get approved, I was on edge for a whole week coming back and forth to the dealership to find out the faith of my future. Would I be getting this car or not? Finally after a long lengthy negotiation process, Steve told me that the loan was approved for me. I CRIED AND CRIED LIKE A BIG BABY! Thank god! I was relieved. Yuriy the manager was exceptionally sweet as well with his complimentary candies and always trying to make me feel comfortable. To end my experience Ronny was really nice and personable and fully explained the financial break down of how much my monthly payments would be, and even gave me his personal cell number. Everyone at this dealership was great! They are the plug!!!!
