Great!!!

My experience at Auto Expo was great, at first I lost hope of getting back into a car I'm comfortable in BUT I got called in by Steven & next thing you know am pushing my convertable, Steven was very consistent n determine he made sure I got what I wanted n I respect that bro. Thank you!

Misled

Bought a car feb 6th, suspension bags blew feb 23rd. Had no choice so Mercedes towing picked up car, took to a dealership in pa, where I live. Was told that it's under the 60 days and the warranty I paid for won't cover it, was told by service that they will pick up costs. Got it fixed, 1,500 and then sent bill to them, almost a month later no response so went there in person and Yuriy says sorry you paid for it so can't reimburse you. I texted him when first happen and would not get text back or phone call back. Yuriy said to bad and not reumbursing you. Would not recommend dealership and should of listened to the other reviews. Very unhappy with dealership and the communication.

I brought up there 3 times and there are still issues that your service dept said has been fixed. It's a 3 hour drive + depending on traffic and in order for me to spend a full day to fix repairs that still aren't correct is very difficult. Very unhappy! The cost you would of incurred to tow the car back to ny would of cost more then the repair, which was said by your service dept. manager mike. just honor your word which has not been the case!

Dealer response

Auto Expo tried to resolve this problem with the customer and offered $200 for the repair. This coverage was not a national one. The car needed to be brought to our dealership to be repaired. The customer took the vehicle to a third party for repairs. We are truly sorry we could not come up with a resolution.

I bought the car, got the warranty. Was told by your service dept that take to a mercedesdealer which is not a third party. It was repaired then the warranty you set me up on would not cover cuz considered a '"pre existing" issue. You guys would not step up and I was ok with paying labor and you guys pay parts. You offering $200 for parts that were $1,000 doesn't make sense to me!! Don't say you tried! You lied the car was not taken to a third party, was a Mercedes dealer. Brought car back three other times on another issue and still not correct!!

My First car

I never thought I'd be able to get a first car like this. I came in and Diana worked with me, it's more than sales to her she actually cares for the people she meets. Angela was great to Proud owner of an M37

Amazing service

Worked with Diana ! She's amazing walked in had doubts wasn't sure if I was going to walk out with the car but Diana made it Happen! She was very informative and she worked very hard to get me in my dream car a 2014 650i BMW carbon black!

My new 550i xdrive

Autoexpostore is by far the best dealership I've been to and I've been to many. My salesman Max was extremely helpful and made sure I got the car I wanted. No pressure and no rush I got the car when I wanted and I'm definitely pleased. Yuri and the rest of the staff took good care of me and made me feel at home. My new BMW

Diana Rollins was a wonderful sales woman as well as a pleasant person to deal with. Purchased a 2013 BMW 335i and I must say I've never had a more pleasant time at a dealership. Thank you so much Diana. Angela was extremely helpful with the telephone end as well.

Great dealer, great experience, will definitely come back!

I have bought a 2015 Mercedes E350 white and black from Yury. This was one of the most exciting experiences. The dealer is very knowledgeable and professional I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely recommend is dieler to all of my friends and I will definitely come back myself period I was dealing with Yuri who was my salesperson / sales manager and Ronnie was my finance manager who was also amazing!
