September 2016 - Yuryi & Sam = "You're approved for the Mercedes CLS3500". "I give you MY WORD! I wouldn't make you drive all the way here (2 hrs.), for nothing"! Spent the day before from 1pm - 5:30pm waiting for "finance" to approve the loan. "You car is waiting, come on down". WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE TO BE DECEITFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL & DOWN RIGHT LIARS??? I just don't get the mentality and character (or lack of) from YURYI & SAM!! Needless to say, their story changed and now the terms of the agreed upon contract changed drastically!! DO NOT - Trust, Believe or Bother Wasting Your Time! There are SO MANY MORE dealership in the immediate area that are HONEST & PROFESSIONAL you can buy from! **CONSUMER BEWARE** These people are a joke! I just don't get their mentality........ I received your response with regards to YOUR fellow co-workers. I assure you, you do - or had employees named Sam Khawaja, Angella Nektalov & Yuiry Bolytan at the time, when I visited your dealership. Believe me.... I will not forget their DECEIT, UNPROFESSIONALISM, LIES or NAMES!! Possibly you fired them or they quit by now!!!

I drove from Maryland to NY because the Mercedes in in MD was over priced and the mileage were to high. Went to NJ look and 3 other Mercedes and they all needed work or over priced. Diana helped me out and was very friendly even she called me and text me on her day off just to make sure I was still coming. I came for 1 car and left with a newer model and less miles for a 30 dollar increase on payments. Yuriy works magic when it comes to financing the car and covers the best options for warranty. I would definitely recommend that people go to get a car and ask for Diana. My trip was well worth it.

Auto Expo is most definitely a recommended. For anyone looking to purchase vehicle in the future. This dealership is the one place to go. I sat down with Mo, who was a salesman. He did an excellent job following up and making sure his customers are satisfied with the purchase. Very happy customer. Will do business in the future with Auto Expo, 100%.
