FALSE PROMISE - Worst customer service I visited them to see a car, sales guy told me to put 500$ deposit for the car i am interested, i told him that i havnt decided to purchase yet i will need to check insurance quotes if they are in my budget for the car. Sales guy promised me that this deposit is only for not showing car to other customer and if i change my mind or insurance quote is out of budget ill get deposit refund within 24 hour. THe insurance quote i got was beyond my budget so i told him to refund the deposit. Its been more than 2 weeks the sales guy doesnt picks call, doesn't responds mail. I call more than 6 times every day and every time i get hold of him he says you will get tomorrow (Still i havnt received the deposit yet). They don't have any one who can handle my complain or take the matter seriously, they all transfer the call to the same sales guy who never picks up call or responds to email / voicemail. Extremely Extremely disappointed
