!!!!Lies from beginning to end!!!!!

To say the least, our experience with this dealership was a huge disappointment. We saw a listing for an Audi Q7 online. No price for the car was listed but the listing promised a payment of $407 a month. My husband called the dealership and inquired how they reached this payment number. He was told that the payment was based on a down payment of $3000 plus tax and fees. So my husband paid a visit to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. There were a few issues including the fact that the Push button start was not working. After checking the car he was told that that button issue would be a quick fix taking only about an hour. While he was there he confirmed what he was told on the phone that with a $3000 down payment we would be looking at a monthly payment of $407. My husband was assured that the information he had received was accurate and so on this basis he scheduled a time for me to bring our trade-in car in to be evaluated and for me to look at the car. The first red flag was when I got to the dealership they acted like they had no idea who my husband had Spoken to or where he would've gotten his information. The salesman Sam told me that the best price they could do on the new car was $34,995. With the down payment of $3000 that would've put us above the monthly payment promised. But Sam assured me that we would be able to make up the difference with our trade in. At first they offered me $9000 for my trade-in, when I told them that the Kelly bluebook trade-in value was $10,600 Sam said he would talk to his manager and see what they could do. When he came back he said they would be willing to give us $10,000 which meant after they paid off my car we would have $1000 to use towards the new car. Only AFTER hearing this did we agree to a credit check and begin the finance process. And that is when the real lying began. When I went to meet with the finance manager Avi The story changed, and he told me the most we would ever get for our trade-in was $8500. When I asked him why the other salesman had said $10,000 there was much confusion, and Sam tried to backpedal and tell me that I didn't really understand what he had been saying. But magically after having me wait 20 minutes they came back and told me they would be able to honor the original offer of $10,000. Then Avi sat back down and proceeded to tell me that we have applied for a special kind of financing that had a balloon payment at the end. When I said that we had never been told about that, and asked why no one told my husband that days ago his answer was "well why didn't your husband ask" Ridiculous ! Obviously they put a low number on the ad to entice people to come and blindside them with this information after they've already run your credit .... Shady!!! So I inquired as to what this balloon payment would be… $9600 !!!!!! Now I am not a mathematician but I was told the price of the car with $34,995. And if you take 72 payments of 407+ $3000 you come up with a total of $32,000 but I'm being told I have a balloon payment of almost $10,000 at the end? That would take the total price of the car to $42,000. That is $7000 more than we were told the car cost. LIARS!!!!! In addition to the absolute deceit on the price, now we were being told that to fix the pushbutton we should probably have the car sent directly to Audi and we would need to schedule a time to come back and do that. So they're asking us to sign a loan for $42,000 for a car that we can even use the start button ???? These guys are the worst kind of criminal... They smile and act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your " undesirable" car off your hands, while they take advantage of the unsuspecting consumer. Please do not waste an entire day of your life like I did and listen to their lies and schemes just to get you in the door. They fit the bill of a slimy used car salesman to a tee.

My new Ex

Diana exuded professionalism! No games, No BS. She made car buying a nice experience. An honest person, backed back a great team,working in a proven dealership.... The perfect combination! On thing is for sure... I'll buy my next car from her again!

535 bmw, our new car

I worked with Diana Rollins on getting my new BMW 535xi . She did an excellent with selling us the car, she was very patient and didn't push me into getting something that I didnt want, I would recommend everyone to work with her ! Thanks !

MS ROLLINS

my experience buying my B.M.W from AUTO EXPO was all positive .my sales women knew her business top to bottom. i was amazed she could be so polite and professional..While she was running back and forth like the energizer bunny. answered all my questions .down to the radio and blue tooth. i am not gadget savy, she me through the whole car. once again i would recommend AUTO EXPO and especially MS ROLLINS . thank you so much

Good credit bad credit you will drive

My credit wasant the best , Scott told me not to worry , with little down payment I got approved for a great loan on a great car . I would highly rec commend them , I love my Bmw .

Love my new Mercedes

This dealership took in my trade , replaced it with a awesome like new c class Mercedes , Scott was awesome . Fastest car I have ever bought in my entire life ! 6 stars

Strictly business , mr Murphy , gave me what I wanted for my trade and sold me his car for what I wanted to pay ! The search is over and auto expo is the place to go !
