Well add that to the most pleasant and personable re-pore and you have the only sales person I will ever go to...Diana Rollins. As long as I continue to live in this area I will find Diana Rollins and deal with her again. If she moves to another dealership, that's where my business will go. I could not be happier...

We saw a car that had all the features we wanted so we contacted the dealership. Never received a return call with the answers to our questions. I called again and spoke to a different person who said she'd call me back. Never called! We are 3 hours away and I explained to each person that before we drive that distance we need answers. So far I haven't heard from anyone and a week has passed.

After literally searching the east coast for a specific car, I came upon Auto Expo. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman named Russel, and introduced to Diana. Not only was i miss-treated and not given customer satisfaction from beginning to end at two local dealerships that were nothing but crooks, which they took advantage of me and kept my deposits.
