I drove from Harlem to Great Neck, Long Island to purchase my new Mercedes! I received great customer service from Diana Rollins and a great deal from Ronny! I would recommend everyone to come down and ask for Diana she will hook you up!!

First, I spoke to Angella on the phone prior to my visit, i asked her if a particular vehicle was still in their lot and she confirmed that it was still available and she will have it ready for me by 3pm for a test drive. I called 30 minutes prior to my visit, to confirm our appointment and a new receptionist confirmed the appointment. When i arrived the sales guy "looked" in their inventory and stated that the vehicle was "just sold" but had a few other similar vehicles. They showed me a "comparable vehicle", one year older, higher miles, and $5k higher. Our sales guy called his manager "Ali" to negotiate the price and he only came down to match the price which made NO SENSE since this vehicle was older and had 30k more miles. Luckily we didn't make a purchase. Once we got home and checked auto trader again they had listed the same exact car they were selling me for $25k was now listed for $22k.

My experience at Auto Expo with excellent Max and Diana help me out all the way I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this dealership they will take care of you.

The car i was shopping for apparently a hot commodity and I was lucky enough to have Diana snag the car for me. She made the trip from upstate NY totally worth it! Diana Rollins gave me the best dealership experience I've ever had - hands down. She's attentive, returns calls promptly, and is extremely effective without resorting to tacky or tasteless high-pressure tactics. Most importantly, she's honest. She gained my trust very early on and was able to get me a great deal. Often the car shopping experience is a tiring, daunting one. Salesmen often lure buyers in with "bait-and-switch" tactics only to waste the buyer's time in the end. Not Diana, she is authentic through and through. I had a very minor service-related issue with the vehicle shortly after my purchase. Diana gave me the same attention and dedication that she did during the buying process an had the issue resolved immediately. I've worked with other so-called sales professionals who won't even return your call once you drive off the lot - Not Diana. Highly recommended if you're looking for a late model luxury vehicle. Be ready to drive off the lot in something new when you visit - she's THAT good!
