I recently financed a 2012 BMW 328i convertible from Aleem at Auto Expo. As a client I want to share that the service was excellent. The car is in great condition and the process to leave with the keys was handled with care.

Hands down I have owned several cars. However Autoexpo and its team (MO) is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Autoexpo to Anyone. Keep doing what you guys do best.

This is my second time purchasing from Diana and each time she out does herself to make the process as transparent and seamless as possible. Customer Service and the "white glove" experience is their standard. I'd definitely recommend the team at Auto Expo to anyone in the market for a luxury car.

First off I want to make very clear that NO ONE hired me or asked me to leave this message. I wanted to do this myself. I went to auto expo with "NO CREDIT" they got me approved and got me a car I'm in love with, after leaving the dealership like most people I wasn't sure of how the contract work and auto expo made sure I understood and even told me they are here to make sure I'm 100% satisfied which they kept their word on. John ronnie angelo and Kim is amazing!!! They walked me through every single thing even after I left, most dealerships get your money and couldn't care less about you after, these people treat you with respect and will go all the way til you're satisfied. They had the car I wanted at a fair price and, reading all the good reviews that they had on their website, decided that buying a car from them would be a safe bet. They gave us a call and told us that the car we were looking for was ready. We spent three and a half hours waiting for the car to arrive. The headlights weren't working, and the brakes needed to be replaced. The car spent several days at the shop, and the headlights still needed work. I received the bill of sale and payments were not as agreed. They were good about following up about the discrepancies, but it has been almost a month and I'm still waiting for things to be resolved. Not the worst experience in my life, but I definitely would have my bought my car elsewhere if given another chance.

I seen what I was looking for online and drove 44 miles from Suffolk to test drive the truck that they had advertised. I talked to Diana Rollins on the phone and she told me all the facts of this vehicle. As my wife and I pulled up in our car. Diana recognized the car from the phone call we had. Diana is a very good salesperson. She is always on the run doing her job. Always had dealer plates in her hand while walking to and from the office. We went on a test drive and we loved this car. Her phone is always dinging. That means she is a great salesperson. She is truly into her job. I got some money off for being a USMC veteran and I was very happy about that. Avi Eitan will work with you and call you back and forth all day if needed very professional. A car sale is annoying everyone is always weary about Car dealers even my wife & I. We were taken care of and even happy with the trade in price that we got for our baby. Ronny Eitan is very professional as well. He did all the paperwork and asked if we wanted to extend warranty. Everything has a price. Nobody wants to be taken. I am going to recommend this Dealership and tell them to go to Diana Rollins who even came in on her day off to finalize this sale. I think this dealership is very professional and all of their cars are High Class. We are going to miss our 2012 Cadillac CTS coupe but we are having a baby girl so we need a bigger 4 door vehicle. Diana was very helpful and she got the job done. Ronny is good at dealing with people. In the end, it was a wonderful experience.

I worked with Diana and Kim. I live far away and had many questions before coming in and they were there to answer all of them. When I arrived the car I was admiring online was even more gorgeous in person, Diana had it ready for me and I was happy to not have taken the 6 hour drive for nothing. I went to Auto Expo spoke to Diana gave her my budget and what i needed to make a deal. Diana and Ronny both did everything they could to make the deal happen which made me extremely happy! It took long the day I went but it was all worth it. I took my dad so they can do the same for him.
