I am extremely happy with the results of the sales person Diana and the patiences the finance personnel Ronnie. I have dealt with many dealers and by far the experience I recieved from Diana and Ronnie is the most professional but yet caring. Diana made me feel at home, she is caring, knowledgeable, supportive, and also a hard worker running around finding the vehicle of your choice. Literally walking through the snow and ice. That was well appreciated. For the both of them, it was not about just selling a car, but making sure I go home felling like a million dollars. I will always recommend them to friends and anyone I come in contact with who needs a vehicle.

I purchased a BMW 335xi and a Mercedes Benz truck and am pleased with both...they were able to get me financing for both at the same time. My salesman was Angelo and he is very patient and accomodating. The final paperwork with handled by Ronnie and he is also very accomodating..he was able to get my warranty included while keeping my payment within limits. Friendly environment and I also referred a friend that purchased a her BMW a few weeks later.

I was in the market for the used 2012 Mercedes C300 4matic with very low miles a while back and it was very difficult finding one. Kelly took me under his wing and worked real hard. I purchased a beautiful luxury car from these guys, six weeks later I still don't have a cd/dvd player. I went on vacation last week a day late and $300 wasted because they took a day and a half on a water pump replacement. Been to their service center 7 times and the car is still not functioning properly. BEWARE!!! This dealership can't replace a cd/dvd player that was broken and promised to be repaired before the purchase and six weeks later still don't have it replaced. They say yes to everything but obviously don't deliver. Don't believe what they say, make them fix everything before you give them a dime, don't make the mistake I made, salesman Josh promised the world but the promises never came through
