Bought a car in 2021 and just realize my contract

Bought a car in 2021 and just realize my contract purchase was 79,000 for a 2019 Lexus. What the....Trying to get someone to solve this Issue and I,m getting the run around everything I call.. Ok Time to enforce this Issue!!! BBB/ News etc!!!

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM

I tried to buy a BMW 740i at asking price. Angella was great. Confirmed price and details. When Ali called, the price jumped $7,000 for "certification" and fees. SCAM!!!!!

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. I Have it in writing that there is no additional fees no certifications etc, only sticker price and your tag fees and taxes. Drove one hour and half, did test drive, when we sat down to talk i find out the price of vehicle was an additional 5000 for warranty/ certify car. I explain they told me no FEES, manager said can’t help you sorry that’s are cost!

The Auto Expo team starting with James Contreras was...

The Auto Expo team starting with James Contreras was professional, efficient and very thorough in their customer service. James was supported and overseen by Ali Mahidashti, Manager and Rolando Vargas, Finance. I was able to test drive the vehicle advertised by Carfax and finance the vehicle through Auto Expo within 3 business days. I was able to add the vehicle to my existing auto policy with their assistance and responsiveness to my insurance agent. My experience with Auto Expo was a very favorable and stress free encounter. I highly recommend Auto Expo and would use them in the future for used vehicle purchases. - Carlton Daniels

BUYER BEWARE!!!! we purchased a car from them online....

BUYER BEWARE!!!! we purchased a car from them online. they werE great up to the point the car arrived. I got in started it and it said this vehicle has been in a wreck would you like to call for help. On the odemeter and damage statement which they signed and sent to us they clearly checked the box that states the vehicle has not been wrecked, destroyed etc... Pulled the car fax sure enough vehicle was wrecked. Tried to contact them no response. Litgation is in process.
