I drove 3 hours to buy a 2020 Subaru Impreza Sport Hatchback listed at $20,695 at Auto Expo. According to KBB and Cargurus, this is "Great" pricing. Overpriced being $24,800 plus. After checking out the car I told the salesman I want to buy it. As we sat down he tells me there is a NIADA certification fee of $6,000 in addition to the listing price and its not optional. I was dumbfounded. I can not believe they were adding $6,000 to the listing price. This should be marketing fraud. Very frustrated. I've never experienced this before. I will never go here again. Complete fraud, trying to get every penny out of you.
