I bought a 2016 Mercedes CLA 250 on June 14th and here it is some three months later and they have yet to register my vehicle. Mind you that I was working a travel assignment, purchased the car there, and drove back to ny home state of Arkansas after completing my travel assignment. I call weekly and speak to Rebecca and she continues to give me the runaround on why my tags and registration have yet to be received. Granted that COVID-19 has put a delay on things, but to wait over 90 days for my tags and registration is RIDICULOUS. I have already contacted the BBB and the Attorney General's office in both Arkansas and New York. I have already been pulled over and ticketed for no registration and Rebecca states that she will get a letter to me stating that my registration is delayed due to COVID-19. I actually had a decent experience up until this point. Now I'm livid as I have continued to reach out to the dealership and I continue to get the runaround and not even a return phone call. As I am in Arkansas now, I can't even go into the dealership.
