Drove two hours to the dealership because they had a number of vehicles I was interested in. I arrived to be told that every vehicle I expressed interest in was sold despite my appointment having been confirmed that morning. They then proceeded to show me a vehicle that was double my budget and another car that was so badly beat up it certainly wasn’t worth what they were asking. The sales man sent out to speak to me also had no personality and didn’t care that I was walking away angry and unsatisfied. I got a call from someone at the dealership the next day who asked bout my experience and responded to my telling her all of this with Im not sure who told you the vehicles were sold because they just came in and have it yet been sold. Absolutely awful, don’t even waste your time.

Well. We seen good deal online. Loved the car. Drove 5 hours to find out on top of listed price we have to pay for certification. Since when buyers mandated to pay for something the service decide to do to help themselves make a sale? I wasn’t going to pay $4000 over asking price. Very disappointed. False advertising online. Nowhere online it said there’s extra fee.

Made an appointment to see a 2017 BMW 750. When I got there, the sales person was not wearing a mask. I also notice more than half the staff without masks as well. I was told that the car was away at a "private residence" and will be brought over which would take 30 mins. I went back to my car and waited for a call that didn't come until 45mins. By that time I had been waiting for over an hour to see a car that a schedule a test drive. Poor service, little concern for health and safety in the current Covid -19 environment, overall disrespect for people's time.

When I first arrived they promptly located the vehicle I was interested in, this was surprisingly comforting as the two previous dealerships I visited only catfished me into coming in, only to try and sell me a different vehicle than the one listed on cars.com . Overall I am pleased with the outcome and I did purchase my vehicle there as well as traded my old one in. Andrei who helped me was very knowledgeable about the process and helpful. I’d recommend this dealership avove others.
