My service advisor Griffith did a stellar job.

My service advisor Griffith did a stellar job. I dropped off my car at 7 am. and was pleased to receive a loaner car. By lunchtime he called with an overview of repairs needed, and at 8:15 PM that night -- still at his desk -- Griffith called to say that the work was finished, all at a price that I felt was reasonable for a dealership. I'll use MetroWest from now on, and highly recommend them. Job well done.

Had a terrific experience with Jake at MetroWest.

Had a terrific experience with Jake at MetroWest. He worked extremely hard to find the exact car I wanted (A Cosmic Blue Pearl Outback Limited) which, as it turned out, was in rare supply and only available at an out of state dealership. Jake was able to acquire the car and deliver it to me at a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. I found Jake to be very friendly and up front about the whole process. He expertly guided me through the entire purchase process from the test drives of various Subaru models, to the identification of the best model to meet my needs, to the actual purchase of the car. He spent a significant amount of time patiently teaching me about all the important details needed to operate and maintain the car. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the purchase process and particularly with the car I drove off the lot.

Metrowest Subaru sold me a used 2020 Forester and the

Metrowest Subaru sold me a used 2020 Forester and the dealership, the service department and our sales person, Marc Soloway were all terrific. Marc was great in helping me test drive find the right car within my budget and did. A great job in helping me learn all the button s and features of the car. A few days after I owned the car it did not start and the dealership and service department was terrific. They came to me, got the car, fixed it ( needed a new battery) and returned it to me at no cost to me. In addition Marc, and the service and sales departments worked together to get me a second FOB ( modern key) at a reduced cost since my I used car only had one FOB. I am thrilled with Metrowest Subaru for their honesty, professionalism and service and recommend then highly with no reservations.

The service advisors were using tablets instead of

The service advisors were using tablets instead of regular paper, which was new since the last time I’ve been in there. My advisor explained everything to me. He later came up in the lounge and answered all my questions about the assorted data that was provided on the tablet about my car, about my warranty, and about the work that was being done. He kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle. His attention made the visit, go much more smoothly.
