My 2025 Forester had a leak on the garage floor and I wasn’t sure what it was. While servicing the Subaru service inspected the leak and told that it is an AC water and not a leak. I was very happy with their explanation and service.

My 6 month maintenance and oil change was done within an hour. One recommendation was given for next service - Luis assured me that it can wait until the 12 month maintenance to be done. This and previous experience with this dealer has been great. I just have one issue came in for an oil change at 11,367 miles chose the 6000 mile maintenance service since I didn’t need air filters and such which I’ve already replaced the final invoice shows the car was brought in at 11,367 miles and that I paid for the 6000 Service interval but then it tells me my next oil change is due at 12,000 miles. I think the system should be corrected. It makes me wonder what will show on the Carfax when the car is sold.

Marc is a friendly, professional and knowledgable guy. I can't say enough good things about his assistance to me as I chose a new Subaru to replace my 14-year old Impreza. He also made sure that my financing and insurance applications were promptly and correctly addressed, and at delivery of the vehicle, walked me through driver set-up and answered every question that I had.
