Mike and the entire team at Metro West Subaru is amazing! I have leased 2 cars from there and would not go anywhere else. Mike is friendly, knowledgeable,... and very prompt. He gave me his phone number and texted me updates about my car. When I had questions, he immediately answered and resolved any problematic situation. I trusted Mike and his team with giving me the right price for my car. I have gone back to Metro West Subaru multiple times for car repairs, questions, services, etc. and each time I am immediately greeted and helped. I would recommend Metro West Subaru and specially Mike Cerqueira to anyone!
I made a quick purchase and put in my deposit on the same day I stopped by, with the guy named Tyler Wright. They promised to get the vehicle ready in... 7 to 10 days. Each week I have to check in with them and the answer is always not sure. About 6-8 phone calls and emails, 20 days passed, they still don't have a clue when the car is ready. The manager, Jeff Ricard, who was supposed to call me to figure out a solution, ended up sending me an email with another notice: "I will let you know when your car is ready". After I replied, the solution they offered was to cancel the transaction, after putting the deposit for 3 weeks. It is a completed waste of time and energy doing business with this team. They only keep looking for excuses for themselves and never thinking from a customer's perspective. As a person with a little baby, we needed the car for traveling. We have been waiting forever and ended up wasting time and money on this untrustworthy dealership.
Hi Jiabao, Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We always give estimates ? and that?s just what they are, estimates ? as to how long this wil...l take. In the past its taken 7-10 days, however in recent weeks there has been a delay due to increasing inventory, so we?ve adjusted our timing quotes to the best of our knowledge, but it?s still not a science. We are at the mercy of trucking companies and transportation, which is why we don?t give exact timing, and why we kept you updated throughout the process. Your salesperson Tyler took the initiative to be overly communicative with you and send notes even when there was no change in status. There was nothing untrustworthy about this process as we were very transparent about the delay as soon as it happened. When it became clear that this process was taking too long for you, we thankfully were able to proactively refund you your deposit so you could purchase a car for your family elsewhere. One of the many reasons that Tyler is employed here is his dedication to his customers? satisfaction, and we?re sorry that things didn?t work out. We hope you enjoy your new Subaru.

I agreed on a price via email. When I went to lease the car the dealership tried to mark up the price by $8k above the MSRP on the lease contract! This... was my worst car shopping experience.

Marc Soloway was awesome! He took so much time with me explaining everything I needed to know! I got a great deal. I wasn???t pressured at all! It was... a very smooth process!! Alex helped me in the service department. I drove in with a screeching and rattling. I was fearing the worst. They could have sold me anything to have... the noises stop. Alex explained to me with language that I could understand that the technician found it was merely a pebble which got caught by a plate with the brakes and the rattling was just the heat shields. All of which they could take care of on that visit. I did have to wait a couple of hours but overall I was extremely happy with the service that Alex and Chris the service manager provided.
