Marc Soloway is our salesman. He listened to us and provided all the information we needed. No pressure just pure customer satisfaction. I have always hated buying a car. Marc made our experience exceptional fantastic. He got us a good dealer discount, good rebate, a fair trade in, Provided an OTD with details that clearly outlined all the items. There was some vehicle changes out of his control but he maintained the options we required on the one we received, kept us in the loop all the way. Receivership of the vehicle he reviewed the car setup and features with me, handled registration, plate change, an other little things that made our experience first class and everything ready for us to take the vehicle home. We had conversations with the sales manager Chris Sargent who made promises that he followed through on. Made sure we knew to contact him should we have any issues, problems, or needed information. Marc, Chris, Brett, Jon are dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. In their efforts to uphold those commitments, they appreciate and welcome any feedback regarding their process. Fantastic communications, extremely professional and respectful communications are the highest I have ever seen. We have had 4 leases, 1 new 2026 Outback limited bought and lease buyout from MetroWest Subaru. They have serviced the cars as well. Excellent service department. We have had many years of experience with them. Friendly, fast, polite and great communications. Their waiting areas are comfortable, clean, with refreshments always. Continued communications. Brett Fox F & I Manager Worked with us to find the right warranty, extended warranty, maintenance contract, etc for both the 2026 & 2024 outbacks. He hit our targeted costs and coverages. Explain each and answered all our questions, including ones called in later. Later Jon Kent helped us get money credited for a Warranty change since Brett was off that day. Another salesman sent me pictures of my new car when it came in. Just another example how MetroWest employees go the extra yard for customer satisfaction. A True team effort in every way! Subaru should be extremelyvproud of MetroWest Subaru in Nadick MA. A place that totally puts their customers first above all else! Excellence in service and work, providing the best customer service I have ever seen! True team effort! Marc Soloway helped us figure out the options with our lease, provided a test drive that sold me on my next car the 2026 Subaru Outback Limited. We ended up buying the lease out on the 2024 and bought the 2026 Subaru Outback Limited. A total win win. I recommend Marc Soloway to anyone wanting to buy or lease a new car or used one! Honest, no pressure, provides you with all the information needed to make a wise choice. His work at MetroWest and his personal support of his community, going the extra yard with his customers makes him the number one choice for your salesman. MetroWest Subaru is AAA rated in my book!
