BEWARE. WORST. CARS NOT IN THE LOT. TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY. ARE YOU REALLY THAT DESPERATE TO GO TO THIS PLACE?. Worst. I was called by Jeremy to "confirm" my "appointment." He promised the two cars I wanted to see would be pulled up and ready to go. He wanted to make sure "his team was ready when I arrived." No one was there or ready except with excuses. Lies. This place is not worth any more time. Bye Felicia!

Just came all the way from Shelby,North Carolina to do a trade in and get a Buick Regal get here the car is sold.had my car towed from Shelby and had to call him right back..I been talking to them since last week and even called them this morning to let them know I was on the way..Nobody bother to tell me it was sold at all..just trying to get another sell.you don't waste people time when they come for what they want and didn't bother to ask about my towing fees.when you do business you do business right.I am so pissed at them

Terrible consumer consideration

Nearly every single RAM truck I looked at had only 2 pictures, 1 of truck, 1 of MSRP sticker. Description didn't even match pictures. Terrible

The trucks (we have both diesel and gas units) have the monroney labels attached to the vehicles so that customers interested can view specific features and highlights of each unit. Robert was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to make you happy with the purchase. I have been buying cars throughout the United States and have never had the pleasure of interfacing with a salesperson of this dynamics. He is definitely a plus to your organization. QUITE IMPRESSED!!!
