Best salesman

I went to look for a car, this was my first time so I was nervous but Chet leggett helped through everything. Very polite, respectful, and informative.

Unbelievable Customer Service-Above and Beyond Expectations!

Maranda and David are the best and Steve even tried to help the best he could! Having had the worst experience of my life at the Mitsubishi Dealership on South Blvd, these great people took me under their wing and made everything so much better! I beseech you to buy your next vehicle here because you will be treated like royalty! The quality of the car and the warranty are also attractive reasons to buy your next vehicle at the Planet!

Disrespectful, rude, lies

Spent 8 hours trying to buy a car. The sales manager said it would be $18,500. Afterwards the general manager walks by and says no. The price is going to be $19,400. The car was used and had to be repaired before we could pick it up. Being out of town and exhausted we agreed to buy the car. A week and a half passes and an hour drive to pick it up and the car is not in satisfactory condition. They won’t even detail it or fill the gas tank. The same general manager comes by tonight and says he will just keep the car. They will not give us the second key. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Terrible experience!

We were approved for a 30-thousand-dollar car. How? I don’t know, our credit sucks. My husband was out of town and I have never bought a car but decided to try. This dealership must have seen sucker written across my face. I was only shown two cars, one truck all cost 28,000 I was told. Payment 650. I asked if I could see used cars and was told that a bank or loan company would not approve us. Basically, I believed them. This was not true. I called a loan company in our town and they would have approved us for 15,000 or less. I was not given a test drive although today I received a call asking why I gave the salesman a bad mark on their survey. He said, “I was sure we test drove those cars”. Wrong! I am not lying for anyone! When my husband got there he even asked me had I test driven the car, I said no! I was there for 5 ½ hours, shown two cars and one truck, all over 25,000 and told those were the ones we could choose from. What really has upset me is the that I had no ideal that there should have been a MSRP sticker on the window. There wasn’t, my husband found it under the back-seat floor mat when we got home, it was 3000 dollars less then what I was paying. I would have question it if I had seen it, but I didn’t. We have talk to a lawyer about all this and getting his advice. My advice to anyone is run and do it as fast as you can from this dealership.

2nd car purchased from Planet Mitsubishi, my sales person Brittanny was over the top so glad she joined the family! Service with Alan & Nikki has been outstanding for years. I will keep going back.

My experience was AWESOME

My experience here was phenomenal!! I had the best salesman ever!!! Sharif Bailey!!!! He was absolutely amazing! He made the process very smooth. Although I was frustrated and aggravated with different things he assured me I was in good hands! I am happy to say I love my new vehicle and I will truly recommend others to shop here!!

My Great Purchase Experience

I have not frequently been one to write many reviews but I must say this is one worth noting. My sales Consultant was Steve A. Johnson. In my initial meeting with Steve he was first and foremost professional and was genuinely interested in assisting with searching for another vehicle for my family and I. He went above and beyond to assist with my needs and desires I sought in a vehicle. I am indeed pleased in saying I am satisfied with the 2017 I was able to purchase at Planet Mitsubishi. The staff, finance team and everyone involved was instrumental in assisting; they were courteous, efficient, again professional and put forth an effort to listen. This is often lost and overlooked with some Sales Consultants and dealerships. But that was not the case at Planet Mitsubishi. I am suggesting this dealership, Steve A. Johnson, to be your next stop when considering a new or used vehicle purchase. -
