I seen a car on line and the next morning I went up there I was greeted by Mike Thompson the entire time we were there. Mike and Malik were very attentive, very polite and very respectful. The process was not long at all. They continue to offer water to make us feel comfortable And at the end of the car deal I was told when I could come back the very next day and pick up my car. I recently had my Outlander GT serviced at Planet Mitsubishi and I must say that the service was exceptional and so were the employees. I walked out smiling and look forward to my next visit.

Was just browsing not sure if I really wanted to buy a new car or not, made a few inquiries just as an fyi, still nothing too serious. Rcvd a flyer in the mail from planet and browsed their website, I thought, why not, again let me inquire about a few vehicles I was interested in. I must say from my first conversation with Taylor P up until I walked out the dealership with the keys in my hand was hands down the best experience EVER!!! I can’t thank her enough. She made the process smooth quick and simple. Also everyone else I came in contact with from Jonathan to the service mgr, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming.
