Submitted online application before 8am in the morning; I arrived at dealership by 1 pm; Hubert Steen (sales assoc) and Maurice Pinkney (financial services mgr) processed information; deal complete and drove off lot in 2018 by 3 pm. I highly recommend this dealership.

Nice dealer. Typical shenanigans
Nice salesman. Good prices, but typical shenanigans when it comes to the trade in. Offered me 4.5k under wholesale. Found a wholesaler online that beat their offer, they come back with a lessor match claiming the tax saving make the difference. Really? So what. You pay the taxes then. Sick of xxxx games. Oh and they held my keys hostage until I finally said ?just give me my keys?

Autonation Jeep - What a waste of tme
If I could give zero stars for my latest trip to this dealer, I would. I called to set up a 10 am appointment to have my Jeep serviced and listed exactly what I needed: Oil Change, State Inspection, recalibration of the speedometer due to bigger tires and a resetting (lowering) of the tire pressure sensor setting since the factory setting is to high at 35 psi. When I get the appointment reminder, it said the 10 am time is really to meet with a service adviser not the really the time that the vehicle would go it for service. Strike one - at this point I would have cancelled if I didn't need the two recals that only a dealer can do. When I arrived for my appt, I was told it would take several hours and that they don't make any changes to factory parameters or do recals if the vehicle wasn't stock. The only mods to my vehicle were larger tires on Jeep rims. Strike two. My next question was "why didn't you tell me this when I called" strike three, no answer. At this point, I cancelled my appointment, left the dealership and went to the local Firestone service center to have the service done. The kicker is, this is a 2014 with 7,300 miles and I was planning to look at the 2018's and possibly trade it in. Now, forget it. This is my 8th and probably last Jeep.
