Angela at Keffer in Huntersville...
...is amazing. If this is your local VW dealer, you owe it to yourself to work with this gal. She is the Best (as is is Tammy)! Either of these ladies will absolutely be the smartest choice you can make for your next VW service appointment. Now trust me, I know a thing or two about cars. I have wrenched on my own for 50 years. I know what I'm talking about. These ladies not only know this business, they know people too. They will make it right for you. You can trust them. That does not "just happen" these days. No worries! Make that appointment now and trust Angela, Tammy, or Jason to do whatever you need done to your VW this week!

We have 2 Passat's. and service is always great...
My niece and I have brand new Passat's and we both love them. We bring our cars into Keffer VW because it is close by and convenient to our homes. I enjoy the down to earth process and will always come back.

Above and beyond
See Ben Madsen for sure! Excellent sales and customer service. Even made sure my car was cleaned and tires switched before I picked it up! Ben is not your typical salesman, he takes the edge off the nail-biting car buying experience. Keffer went above and beyond to help me out of my previous lease. Saw the process right to the end! I got a great car for a great price!

Do not trust them
Listen and read veterans, they bragged about veterans and then they doctor up a car that had a lot of scrathes, I had asked if any animal had ever been in this car and they said no, back floor board covered with dog hairs. Thats right support your veterans, This veteran will never be back especially buying from Miles. Boycott that sales person

Don't buy a Volkswagen in Charlotte!!!
Go to Huntersville and see Brian Wiles. I shopped 4 dealerships for a lease on a 2019 Jetta. South Charlotte VW, Carolina VW in Charlotte, Hendrick VW in Concord, as well as Keffer in Huntersville. The first three came in $25 to $40 higher per month than Keffer. All dealerships were told that we were shopping several stores. I spoke with all several times on the phone. They were all given multiple opportunities to sell us the car. No one came close to the Keffer offer. I asked Brian Wiles for an incentive to drive to Hunterville and he obliged. Not only that, but they located the color we wanted, which they did not have in inventory, and got the car right away. This adds to the dealer's expense. They did not try to raise the price. Lastly, when we arrived, the car had an additional option package that we were not expecting. And again, they did not try to raise the price. So they not only delivered the best price, they delivered a better car. Intelligent buyers know to shop for a car on the internet and over the phone before visiting any dealer. These guys made it very easy. They had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived. We were out the door in under an hour, and that's because we were chatting. These are nice people. Good luck.

Why Can't I Find the One for Me?
Why can't I find the one for me? No, not the woman of my dreams...But instead, the mechanic of my dreams...I want to find a mechanic that I can trust not to lie to me about repairs on my car that just aren't necessary, that will be honest with me, that wants a long-lasting relationship rather than a quick buck. I purchased my car from Keffer Volkswagen almost a year ago. I had to get repairs completed within a couple weeks, and they tried to charge me for them, but I asked them to stand by the product they JUST sold me. They did, which was appreciated. Today I went for an oil change, light (front/back) replacement, and inspection. After an hour, a woman comes out to speak with me. I could practically hear her clicking her tongue in mock disappointment as she advised me of problems that needed to be dealt with. That's what we expect right? You know what I mean....You go for one repair, and they present multiple other problems to you. What really upset me was when she said, "The plug for your oil [container] is not the right one for that model", and she seemed to indicate it was from a different car manufacturer--different car--altogether. But they sold me the car, and it was my first oil change (I don't drive many miles as the parking lot for my place of work is connected to the parking lot of my abode). This means they replaced the original oil plug with something from another car and then sold it to me. I was highly irritated and brought this to their attention...She dropped the con (something I understand from the show "Sneaky Pete" you should never do) and went to get a supervisor. I spoke with the supervisor, and he said he was just coming into the situation, and he would see what the problem was. He came back about 10 minutes later and explained it was actually not the wrong oil plug--they removed the oil plug after I exhibited ire and discovered it was the right plug after all. It's that moment when you want to believe from your girlfriend that she's telling the truth...But you know in your gut she's lying...They were lying to me. They did not charge me for the oil change (although from their invoice they used the wrong oil--I had requested synthetic, but hey, if they're gonna do it for free for a highly irritated customer, then it's gonna be the "House liquor" [which means the cheap liquor]). I said I'd reschedule for the light repairs....I won't be back. I'm back to trying to reassure myself that there's "someone out there" for me, who will treat me right...But after all these years, I know there's not....

Went above and beyond!
Thank you Kayla Jacobs for reaching out to me and being so helpful also, thank you to Justin Beardsley, and Sean Bartol. We arrived at 7:00pm and they stayed with us to finalize the deal at 10:30... Truly the best laid back car buying experience yet.

Poor customer service
Bought a new VW 6 months ago. Took it in for its 1st service and there was some confusion with initial contract and basic maintenance being included for 3 year/36000 by dealership. Found out that they mistakenly removed the maintenance service plan that was in my contract during an audit at their dealership. They randomly sent me a refund check after their audit was completed and their finance guy had said at that time I was overcharged $495. Nothing mentioned about this being the maintenance plan!!! So, not knowing my maintenance plan was removed by the dealership, I took my vehicle in for its 1st service. Had a discussion with a particular employee about this (won’t say name, but will be shared with VW of America) when I found all this out at the dealership. His attitude and how he handled our discussion was very, very, poor. Our conversation wasn’t going well, so I grabbed my folder and mentioned I would leave a bad review about my experience. As I walked away from the desk thru the lobby, the employee got out of his chair and aggressively walked toward me as if he wanted to get physical with me, yelling “go ahead and leave a bad review, just like everybody else say they will do.” He was shouting this with customers sitting in his lobby!! I was completely shocked and asked him if this is how he treated his customers? I fortunately recorded our discussion on my phone halfway during our discussion when I noticed he was getting very angry and this would not go well. Report will be sent to VW of America. I sadly would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

WARNING: DONT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT BEING SOLD
I purchased a Hyundai Sonata 2012 from Keffer VW! The car gave me so many problems that I almost lost my mind attempting to drive the car on a daily basis. The car was a HYBRID and when the car finally put me down completely and left me with NO TRANSPORTATION, the dealership took their time with getting the car repaired. The car steering pull off the road a few times and the vehicle has left me stranded as well coming out of work. Car is computerized so it works when it wants. The dealership General Manager Steve promised me a rental car that following Monday but went back on his word and left me without any transportation for 6 days. Very Poor customer service. As I stayed persistent on the follow up on all repairs, the dealership STOP answering my call. I had to catch a ride to the dealership only to find about 4 employees standing together at the front desk including (Greg the lead service manager) laughing while the phone just keep ringing. I ensured to Call the dealership as I was walking in the establishment to verify the reason as to why my phone call wasn't getting answered during operation hours. As a Customer of this establishment, this has been a HORRIFIC experience dealing with KEFFER VOLKSWAGEN and would not recommend this dealership. After clearing my bank account out to ensure I had a reliable car, only left me with NO Transportation and VERY Poor respect for my time during the repair process for this vehicle.
