Treated as an individual, not part of the herd.

Justin Spaugh was attentive to my requests. I didn't feel at any time like he was just giving me the standard answers, but that I was an individual customer who he was listening to.

Reasonable deal for the current market.

While they are not placing 5k "market adjustment" price hikes, they do force add-ons on every vehicle. You cannot decline the tint and door protection installed by the dealer, even when you decline it prior to the vehicle showing up to the lot. Other then that, then process was straight forward and fast once I was informed the truck was ready.

Excellent dealership

Super fast service for an oil change and tire rotation (under an hour!) Staff members were nice and facilities pristine

Friendly Staff, Comfortable & Clean Waiting Area

I was greeted by my service advisor when I arrived - he kept me updated on my services that were being performed and did not pressure me or try and sell me other services that were not needed.

Great facilities,good personnel

Very timely, explained my issue in great detail. Shop Rep. explained some details on warranty that I was not aware of. Facilities was very clean.
