I had the best experience renting a car from Cox Toyota. The customer service was amazing. Tangela made the whole process easy from registration to getting me in a great car. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. The car they gave me was clean and almost felt like new. I definitely recommend Cox Toyota.

Ask for Ms. Dee Dee Caudle when scheduling your service appointments. She is very knowledgeable of all the services, and she is the kind of person who will try to accommodate to your schedule and give you the best time available. She took the time to look up my records, and made sure I didn't have any recalls. She is very nice and professional. Thank you Dee Dee! I also would like to give a shout-out to Nate. He is, hands down, the best service manager from Cox.

I dropped my car off for an oil and filter change and an inspection late morning. I provided my cell number so I could come back and pick the vehicle up. At 3:15 I finally called because I hadn’t heard from anyone. I was informed the vehicle was ready. Upon arrival I stood in line for an extended period. Once I was finally waited on the charges for the oil and filter change weren’t on the ticket. That took extra time to sort out. Upon entering my vehicle there was dried blood on the inside of the door. I’ve never experienced such disorganization and confusion at this faculty before. It was very frustrating.

Nothing but great experiences with the rental department! I will not rent a car anywhere else in Burlington. Samantha and Tangela are always very professional and very personable.

When we contacted her recently unfortunately no cars were available for rental, however she was so very helpful in referring us to another Toyota dealership. Always bring my wife’s car to Cox. Service scheduling is always accommodating and the serice is prompt and considerate of our time. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. The service staff is always friendly and helpful.
