  • Honesty Is The Best Policy

    You should be more honest with your customers about the time it takes to service a vehicle. We were there today for a recall service and we were told

    YESTERDAY when we set up the appointment that it was a 2 and a half hour job. OK, no problem. We planned for 2-3 hours. What we DIDN'T plan for is at the 4 hour mark someone FINALLY came out and said it was going to be ANOTHER 30 mins (the vehicle was attached to the computer for calibration, wait what? For a bumper bracket repair?) and this was only after my husband started asking what was going on with the repair since it had been more than the time we were told. I told the gentleman that we were told the repair would take 2 and a half 00 hours. He said the job is a 5 hour job. My husband is a diabetic and needs to eat (and not the junk you have in the vending machines). Since we planned for 3 hours, the 4+ hours was beginning to take a toll, not just on my husband but another OLDER customer was also there with her diabetic husband and they, too, had been told a lesser time than the repair was taking. An HOUR and 20 minutes later, the same guy came out and said it was going to be ANOTHER 20-30 min because they were test driving the vehicle (funny, the vehicle only had 1 mile more on it when we got it back). We finally got our vehicle back and frankly, if there are any more recalls, well, we will just have to see if we want to take it back to your establishment or not. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy.
