They listen to what you want and don't try to offer you what you do not want. The key to a good sale is listening to your customer and offering them what they are looking for, not what they are not looking for. Very friendly and pleasant. They addressed our concerns and worked with us to meet a payment we can afford.

I own a Chrysler Town & Country Van purchased in Florida. Received in mail coupon for free oil change - so I thought I would take advantage of this as I was ready for oil change. I knew I wanted a Chrysler Convertible as I researched affordable ones and the Chrysler was on top of my list. But was not in a hurry,, I was going to shop around. While waiting in service dept I asked a salesman if they had a convertible with hard top - he said yes, we have one. Sales staff were wonderful and I love my new car. Keep sending those coupons - you never know who will come in to take advantage of your offer. I did! I'm looking for another

Entire staff were professional and courteous (not patronizing). Our sales person, Mr. Ballard, wanted to ensure we had right amount of information about the vehicles we were considering. While there was no pressure to buy, once we decided to negotiate, they did so in good faith and were reasonable. The Business Manager, Mr. Horowitz, was particularly helpful.
