Went into the dealership knowing which vehicle I was interested in (2014 Jeep Compass) and was assisted by Ernesto Lopez. He took me out for a test drive in a similar vehicle (the one I wanted was on the showroom floor) and worked out an acceptable deal for me. He and his co-workers made sure I received my employee discount and Ernesto walked me through a number of features on the car so I knew where everything was. He was most helpful and with the exception of referring to me as "Sweetie" (Seriously ?) he was very nice and fun to work with. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I found the service to be excellent. Once I entered the dealership, my salesman, Ernesto Lopez was very friendly and helpful in helping me select my vehicle. While the agreed price, I later found out was a little on the high end, I'm still happy with my purchase, and the service provided.

If you are in the market for a new or used car I would suggest Gurnee Dodge. The sales process so was easy. They have great customer service! Justin Milem was my sale person and he could not have been nicer. He made the process very simple and painless. Even after the sale he has taken take of me. He was able to contact the last owner and get another set of keys. That’s how you know they care, when they take care of you after the sale.

My search started by reviewing websites and theirs is excellent. Liz and Carmen were great at answering my questions over the phone and arranging my visit with Ernesto. Ernesto was knowledgeable about the type of vehicle I was looking for and after a quite cordial negotiating session, came to a mutually satisfying conclusion, The Facility is state of the art, clean and comfortable, Nick was helpful with aftermarket and Brian made the closing session as painless as possible considering all the paperwork involved. Although I was in contact with several dealers in the area, I am glad I chose Gurnee as my final purchase stop.
