My car leasing experience was great! My sales associate, Vincent McLeod, attended to every detail from start to finish, from the turn-in of my vehicle to the selection of my new Outback. He exhibited patience and knowledge of anything I needed, repeating anything I requested to hear again, in order to make my decision.

Joe Rossman was great. He told me all the details of the new Forester I purchased last month. The cars are getting too complicated to the point that I can't no longer just read the manual and understand. I like how your company is trying to teach how to use the very complicated machine. Always the go to place for Subaru service on your car.

Always the go to place for Subaru service on your car. The whole team, from Lisa setting up and confirming my appointment, to the technicians that performed the service, to my service advisor Mario who ensured it got done and Alisha who provided communication all along the way and when the car was ready. The speed of service and the end to end process super easy. All others should learn from how they took care of the customer!

Julia and Mike were fantastic. Julia sold the car to us. The fact that she owned the model that we sought was incredibly valuable. She is also a delightful person. Mike handled the paperwork. He explained everything clearly and once again was terrific.

Dennis was very attentive and explained everything that was going to be done concerning my car. Dennis walked me to the waiting room. Dennis kept me informed of the progress and how much time I would have to wait. When the car was ready, Dennis promptly came to inform me. The checkout procedure was fast and efficient. The facility was spotless.

I live in a small mountain town and I had my eyes on a

I live in a small mountain town and I had my eyes on a white Forester Touring with saddle brown interior. The picking are so slim where I live that I knew I had to expand my search area. I saw the car I have been looking for on the website for Hendrick Subaru Southpoint and scheduled a test drive for the flooring day. The initial meeting went south pretty quickly when I drove almost 3 hours to my scheduled test drive...unfortunately, the car I wanted was in South Carolina, not in Durham. I left the showroom to call a different dealership when my salesperson, Chris Lowery, came to my car to offer a free gas fill-up to compensate me for the inconvenience. I went back inside and Chris arranged to have the car sent to Durham and it arrived a few days later. I was really happy to work with someone who knows how to save a sale. I am happy to report I love my Forester, and I will sing Chris's praises to anyone. My buying experience was like a phoenix rising from the ashes.
