When the sale is completed the customer is forgotten.
When the sale is completed the customer is forgotten...On 5/6/24, I purchased a new Honda from Findlay. The experience was generally pleasant. I reside in another state so Findlay issued a temporary permit to allow the vehicle to be driven. I was told that the proper paperwork would be sent to the out of state vehicle department to allow me to register it. I began checking on the status of the registration documents on 5/16/24 and was told to wait a week and check back. I did this and was then told the loan was funded and I would receive an email with the doc's and tracking number to the out of state DMV. Of course, no email or other contact has been made. Today, I called again and was told there is no one available to speak to. Nothing new when dealing with car dealers. It turns a pleasant experience into a miserable one.

Danger/ warning, be aware of the Tolu finance manager!
Danger/ warning, be aware of the Tolu finance manager! He is a bold-faced liar, a flimflam man! Tolu attempted to overcharge me $1600+ for a purchase. His fraudulence, cheating, non-transparent, and just plain dishonesty led me to the corporate office where I found resolve. Tolu has no virtues or integrity. He is a swindler and dishonest. Tolu and Hyprocusy are the same. CAUTION!!! DISAPPOINTED WITH FINDLAY HONDA, HENDERSON. Post this for others to see.

I took my Pilot SUV in for an oil change after a 3200
I took my Pilot SUV in for an oil change after a 3200 mile trip. I was immediately greeted by Taylor Broadbent. We discussed the service including overdue service items. I asked him to make a list as some of these items are completed by me. I schedule those that I cannot do myself. Taylor is polite and professional, the oil change was completed quickly. On the outbrief we discussed the items over due for maintenance that was listed as requested. I advised I would schedule maintenance as the budget allows. Taylor is an excellent communicator, the service was fast and efficient getting me out quickly is a plus. Check out was easy, too. Could not be more pleased with the service at all stations. Also spoke with parts department on an under engine cover missing after my trip, polite and efficient! I recommend this service center! Five star service by Taylor!
