BMW of Las Vegas

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, The car I was interested in was just as advertised- very nice. My issue is two fold. One, the car was overpriced by $10k. Even the report in the folder in the car, listed the car for $85k. So obviously I didn?t purchase it. Secondly, I was trading in a very late model car with only 3k miles on it and I had put $15k worth of upgrades to it, yet I was offered below value??? I eventually went to a BMW dealership in AZ (closest one with an M5) purchased one like the one being sold in Las Vegas- Got it at fair market value and got above asking for my trade. I?m not sure of the disconnect, but I would have liked to buy locally instead.

I've had terrible experiences in the past at another BMW dealership when it came to service after the warranty expired. Specifically, the service rep always tried to upsell repairs which I did not need. This was not the case here - Joe was great. He is my new go to service advisor. Thank you Joe!

From beginning to end, the quality of customer service was exceptional. I had to reschedule my original appointment at the very last minute, in which they were extremely kind and understanding about. My new appointment was made in new time (over the phone); however, upon my arrival to the dealership, my appointment was nowhere to be found. I was worried that they were going to ask me to come back, but they gracefully squeezed me in for the day, not only to have my vehicle looked at but completed all of the work within the same day as well (oil/filter change, brake pads, rotors). My Service Advisor Maurico was extremely kind, prompt, and set the expections well with clear communication on service needed. Not only were photos provided, but a video from the technician also aided in the explanation of why these services were needed with visuals to back it up. Mauricio kept me in the know every step of the way, calling multiple times to confirm findings and receive authorization for the work to be conducted. He also ensured that service specials/discounts were applied where appropriate as to save me every penny, and he left me with things to keep an eye on for future service needs that might be down the road. In addiiton, when I came to pick up my vehicle, Mauricio recognized me immediately which is a lot to be said for the amount of customers that I'm sure walk through the doors on a daily basis. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Mauricio really goes out of his way to help you out to make sure that your car service experience meets expectations. The dealership has a lot of cars to choose from and I highly recommend the service department too.
