Buyer

The sales person was attentive and helpful. The cars were competitively priced. The finance guy was relentless with pushing an extended warranty, and got petulant and rude when I finally put my foot down and said I wasn’t going to buy one. They also had about $700 in dealer fees which were not negotiable and a $220 maintenance fee that was not discussed. I was able to have the maintenance fee removed. I guess this is how they make up for the lower prices.

Bought a new Acadia

Excellent experience with Jake and the finance managers was in and out in 90 minutes nice facility very clean and well kept this is my second purchase from Dennis Dillion

Great experience

Salesman was very knowledgeable and explained vehicle features very thoroughly. He was outgoing and took his time ensuring I was happy. Managers worked hard to beat my pre-approved financing and they made it happen. They offered fare prices for my trade ins and got me into the truck I wanted at the price I asked. The finance officer was extremely friendly and detailed and ensured any and questions were answered. All around, this was a great car buying experience and would recommend anyone to go and talk with them.

Great experience!

They were super awesome I came in knowing the car I wanted. And they helped me immediately they were fast and persistent with getting me the best deal possible. I’m super happy with the overall experience and service at this dealership. I would definitely recommend coming in and visiting with Josh Holland he was very helpful!

Service department

I was very impressed with the service department. My service advisor, Austin Sessions kept me updated on what they were doing to my car and when it would be done. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have always been impressed with their customer service.

I bought a new 2020 Denali 1500.

I bought a new 2020 Denali 1500 from salesman Andrew Davis. Found the best price in the country. I had to drive 2,300 miles to trade in my pickup truck. Andrew was very helpful with deal. I would buy again. It was worth the drive for the deal.

great service from Denis Dillion GMC

I bought a GMC truck from Denis Dillion from home in Utah. Had concerns that what they said on the phone wasn’t going to be recorded and confirmed when at the dealership a few days later. Was surprised when nothing was changed or questioned. The process went very smooth and timely with no surprises!
