Great service, nice people

I brought my 2008 HHR in because the digital display was showing problems with the tire monitor. I was also pretty sure I needed new brakes. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and they did the work that day. They had their shuttle driver give me a ride in a Chevy Volt, and he was pleasant and easy to talk to on the ride downtown. I picked up my car and everything seems fine with it now, a few days later. Overall, I was happy with the experience, even though it was pretty pricey for me.

Great Experience

Found the car online & liked the price. Was very pleased to arrive after a 2 hour drive to find the car & price were free of additional gimmicks & stipulations. Salesman (Dana) was great! He was very attentive to our interest. This helped us make the decision to purchase rather than continue shopping.

Best dealership!!

I went to this dealership not really expecting to be able to do a trade in. Not only did I get my trade in and left dealership with a new 2015 Malibu, I received the upmost amazing customer service! I'm a single mother of a two yr old. Each and every person that passed us in the time we were there spoke, asked if we needed anything and gave my little man high fives. Not only made me feel 100% comfortable but also my son. Even as my little one started to get irritable and running in offices, members of the sales team offered snacks to keep him busy, laughed and played with him. Not only is buying a car stressful, but having your two old running around usually multiples that. Not at this place. Everyone was super friendly. Huge thank u to the names I do know, Dana, Shawn, Jeremy, Tony, DJ. Many more were super friendly. Hands down, best customer service around!!

Amazing

I was looking for my dream truck which is also my first big purchase. From the moment I showed interest in one they had, they worked relentlessly to make it happen. Jason Cassel and Don phillips went above and beyond for me. Not only did I get the truck, but I also got my payments under what I was looking to spend. Great place to buy your new Chevy

This was my 2nd purchase from Sir Walter Chevrolet and it was great and will be back again when I get another new Chevy. Everyone from the receptionist to the sales person (Andre) and the Finance Manger Don were excellent. Shawn Thomas also helped out on the deal and was great as well. Every one treated me with respect and was very polite.

efficient and courteous service

needed routine oil change tire rotation.very efficient and courteous. waiting area very comfortable.only waited 30 minutes even though they were quite busy.
