Very pleased with purchase of Silverardo 1500
Wayne is an excellent representative for Sir Walter Chevrolet. Test drove vehicle, did some negotiating and purchased the vehicle. I had researched the vehicle and I knew what I wanted prior to my visit. Very pleased with deal and purchase, all parties are winners in this deal. Traded in my 2008 Silverado for the 2015 Silverado. I never had any problems from my 2008 Silverado 1500.

Great greetings
I was verbally told the loan would be for 72 months but on the actual paper says 75 months. The finance department should explain in details what the actual loan amount is, the total car price. Everything else fulfilled my needs.

First impressions should of followed my gut react
Even first contact with sales staff was not good, actually I'm surprised I didn't leave after some sales staff passed me by after I told them I wanted to buy a vehicle. "we're off they'll help you inside". My salesman the one that actually wanted to help me make a purchase was great, attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and professional to a level I was comfortable with. In other words I feel he was genuine and never did I feel he was putting on to just make the sale. However, compliments don't bear as much weight without mention of some bad. So here it is. In the purchasing process I and my Father are certain 100% certain we were told the vehicle would come with all weather mats front and back. Well, it didn't and the mats weren't on the sticker. But, I am still 100% certain I was told it came with all weather mats. Secondly, there were some blemishes in the paint. I was told the paint guy would be out there Wednesday and he'd have a look at it. i was also told I'd get a phone call letting me know the results. I never got that call - no follow up. I've had my truck for a few weeks now. Still no follow up other than this survey. There hasn't been any further contact hows the truck running, how are you liking it, etc etc etc... I realize I didn't have banks beating down your doors to finance me, and that I had other circumstances that made the delivery process extraordinary, but a simple call "Hey, hows your Colorado running...." could mean the difference between me going back to Sir Walter or going somewhere else.

Great Service and care at Sir Walter Chevrolet
I ran over something and had a leak in my tire. My awesome Traverse actually told me I was losing air thankfully, because I was on a headed out for a road trip and could have been stranded. I was treated so well as I waited for service. I was well informed of the issue, the waiting time, and the cost. As I waited I was treated so politely by everyone I can in contact with at Sir Walter Chevrolet. I was even given a snack and a soda! I call that great customer service! I was on my road trip in what seemed like no time at all, and have had no problems since! I am so glad I chose a dealership that truly cares about their customers! I will ALWAYS buy from Sir Walter Chevrolet in the future!
