Great atmosphere friendly people

Enjoyable experience

The salesman Luis was patient and courteous. He was knowlageble about the process and products. The finance lady Maria was also nice, courteous and patient.

Great service advisors!

Great service advisors, fast service, would recommend to anyone. Brought my 2013 Raptor here for an oil change and tire rotation and they were modification friendly.

Always Great Service

Pete Ferra has always taken good care of me and my Expedition each time I've been there. I have an extended service plan and Pete has seen that I get everything I'm entitled to on each visit. My vehicle is ready when promised, cleaned and washed each time. When extended service work is necessary, he explains the need and makes certain I have alternate transportation available. The valets are clean and prompt in bringing my vehicle up to the front. And the recent remodel has made it much nicer to be serviced, especially if I need to wait for my service.

Great experience in buying a car, freindly,

Was not pressured by the sales force. They were there to answer any questions but the left us alone to look around. We left to look at other vehicles but we came back and found the escape we wanted.

Great mechanics!

The mechanic found an oil leak while servicing our car. Thank goodness. It did take a little longer to fix than we had hoped, but it all worked our in the long run.
