Great service

My oil change was completed well within the time promised! Appreciated the thorough job done quickly. Waiting area was adequate for waiting with 3 kids.

The most awesome Monday ever!

It was my first stop on what I thought would be the beginning on my journey to find a car. Luckily it turned out to be the only stop needed. Istopped in on a very hot Monday afternoon and as I was looking on the lot I was approached by Nick. He explained that he was not a salesperson,but brought me into the air-conditioned showroom and offered me a cold bottle of water. With-in minutes MD was working on getting me a vehicle . He was very knowlagable about the products offered and recommended the Cruze. Several hours later I drove home in my Cherry red 2015 Cruze. I have e never had such a stress-free experience buying a car!

Service

I was not happy at first because of the cost of the repair since I just had the vehicle in there for an issue in the same vicinity as this repair. The service manager did however work with me to lower the cost because of this. I paid for the parts and they paid for the labor. It was still over $2000, but a little more affordable.

Great service, up to date facility

I had a 9:00am appointment, I arrived on time, I was checked in and I was ready to leave at 9:45am. AC works good, just wish labor wasn't so high. Everyone tells me I could get work cheaper elsewhere, but I have done business with my dealer for years and I trust them.
