My wife had decided on a white GL 350. Texas Cars Direct was one of the few places I found one. I was somewhat hesitant to buy a car out of state so I did my homework. The number of positive reviews convinced me it was worth taking the chance. I am glad I did. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Seth helped me work everything out over the phone and via email. He even picked me up from the airport! After the test drive I was on the road driving 1,200 miles home in the GL 350. No high pressure sales games, no tricks just an easy straight forward honest transaction. Seth was fantastic to work with. I plan on buying my next car from Texas Cars Direct.

When you first arrive, the basket up front has a print out of all the cars with pricing. You can take the print out and walk around or a sales person can escort you. Adam escorted me back into their indoor showroom. For each car I requested to test drive, he pulled it around front and off I went. The trade-in value on my old car was what I had in mind and seemed fair to me. It was the same that CarMax quoted me in Tulsa. On with the story, I test drove 2 vehicles which did not meet my needs and decided to visit another dealership. The other dealership about 10 miles away had a professional showroom and sales personnel but did not have the quality of technicians like Texas Cars Direct to carefully inspect and troubleshoot their vehicles. One Mercedes I drove at the other dealership had a "contact dealer ESP" error on the screen and two of the vehicles needed a tire balance. When I returned to Adam, I changed my search of vehicle to an E350 4Matic and he brought around one to the front in a few minutes. After 2 separate test drives, I decided it was for me. From the time I said, I'll take it until out the door, it only took approximately 30 minutes to close the deal. I plan to return to Texas Cars Direct for my next purchase.

This is by far the best place to buy a car. There is nothing else to say about the place, they are great.

Our purchase of a MB E320 Bluetec was most pleasant. Our salesman, Seth, was upfront on all costs and extremely patient with our numerous, first-time buyer questions. His patience in answering questions regarding all aspects of the purchase, including financing and transportation, made this as relaxing and easy as ordering fastfood, except our order was correct. Although I never stepped foot at the dealership, I always felt I was well informed on the purchase. Seth kept us updated with pictures (my request) as the car got cleaned up and became available. Where have you heard this Before: Best Car buying experience ever. After reading Article about TCD in Morning News in February 2013 I was interested in your company. After visiting showroom then monitoring inventory until we were ready to buy we had a great buying experience with Kyle. Kyle made the process go so quickly we were surprised and excited. That's what the buying process should be not for example going in front of the 'gestapo' like finance mgr. haggling about this and that before deal is completed. I will definetly recommmend TCD and Kyle in the future to anyone who is interested.
