Great experience every time that I come here. Have bought several cars from them over the years!

Had an interesting interaction with them. Spoke with them to buy a 95k vehicle. Came to agreement on the price and contacted my financial institution to start the process. Received a call that same day stating they were selling it to someone else. Documentation was sent to me with their signatures on it for the deal we agreed on. If you are local maybe this will not happen to you. But if you are looking at more expensive vehicles and are not there, I wouldn't bother as you will agree on a deal, get paperwork and they will not honor their word.

Didn't get back to me very quickly and didn't offer financing for the car

They charge a $995 “TCD Advantage Program” fee, which covers “up to $500 in repairs” for body/paint/wheel damage. Would give one star for dishonest “just get them in the door” advertising, but at least they’re up front about their xx dealer fees.

I had a Great Experience working with Brandon. He made everything very clear and gave me immediate responses. Brandon was very professional and easy to work with.

I asked multiple times if they provided extended warranties. After the 3rd request I got a quote. Cars seem to be in good condition online, I would have gone by if they answered my question the 1st time.

I would give 5 stars if they were open on Saturday so I could test drive the car I'm in interested in!

Painless. Extremely easy to deal with. Negations were minimal as most of their cars are "priced to sell." They took the time to make me comfortable and secure.
