I wish I had read all of these reviews prior to purchasing a vehicle. Looks like a whole lot of shady dealing going on at Texas Cars Direct. Long story short sold me a car that had been wrecked (undisclosed) trunks leaks profusely After spending another $5000.oo I finally have it a place where I can trade it in and take another $5000.oo xxx whipping. Tried to negotiate with them and now they don’t know me ,no response. Do NOT believe any response to this from their GM just run and run fast away from TCD

1. They lost the spare key and wouldn't replace it 2. They left an old and unsafe tire on the front left of the car 3. The wheel lock key is missing They basically did nothing except try to make the car shiny and resell it. 0 integrity. We had a more premium buying services and experience purchasing an economy car from Driverselect.

Our visit was very well done! Everyone there seemed very knowledgeable and the visit flowed very nicely, from the inspection, test drive, the fair price for our trade-in, to the quick paperwork finishing in less than anticipated. (A little over an hour.) Even the 2+ hr trip home with our new, (to us), van went extremely well. After previous car buying experiences, this was by far the best. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent vehicle.
