The whole experience from Jose Espinosa to the Sales...

The whole experience from Jose Espinosa to the Sales manager and all employees present was amazing. I am a recent widow. Car buying is new to me. They listened to what I wanted and at what price and made it happen. They are a very courteous fun group. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

My sales experience was horrible. After finally getter...

My sales experience was horrible. After finally getter the van home, and then realizing they gave me the wrong one. I was supposed to have a EX-L with DVD and Nav RES. But just received the EX-L. Then after calling all day, I finally get the correct van, I was handed the keys and walked out to the van with all the stickers still attached and no floor mats installed. I asked the salesman what was up with all the stickers still attached. Oh sorry they messed up. Then after 2 hr. of that problem, Im finally in the van to pull out. And the backup camera does not work. That this point I was ready to walk. Again I have never been thought such a horrible car buying experience before. But I do have a positive out of this. It was in the finance office with Jason Landgraf. He was the only bright point of this experience.

My sons first new car.

We had a very nice experience. The entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable especially Bryan Salas. They dispel the stereotype of pushy sales people, and were kind and patient.

Disappointment

Mechanics claimed they could not replicate the problem, but the problem still exists, which I noticed almost immediately. I didn't have time to return to the dealership but will have to reschedule.
