McGrath (Rusty) offer to buy my car, although I did not have title in my hand yet he said he would give me 90% up front and when I get title the other 10%. When he came to pick up my car I had my title ready, but he had a check for 90%. He said it will bring my 10% in 2 days. Well, it has been 3 months now and still don't have my 10%. I have called and left messages to no avail. I need to speak with owner, because this is not right. Don't do business with RUSTY
