She helped us get a nice vehicle in our price range and made sure we got financed it was a long process but she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable than when we got into a car accident that wasn’t our fault she made sure we got fiance again for another vehicle we liked. Ms. Jay is the person to go to at eastern. She is kind and patient and she works with any situation she gonna make sure she gets you into a vehicle you like. I like that I can text Ms. Jay anytime with any questions I have & she answers them in a timely fashion. If your looking to purchase a new vehicle go to Ms.Jay she will make sure you pull off that lot with a new vehicle 😊
