Do not touch this dealership at all they lie they cheat I cannot share the information about the text messages I got from the manager because it's going to be going through Court, I have button a Mercedes-Benz S550 2014 after one week I noticed oil on my friend's driveway did not realize the oil because I always Park on a dirt driveway so I never seen it until I drove on my friend's driveway I called them about it and they gave me no help whatsoever they told me the car was going to blow up and they said I cannot do anything about it and cannot turn the car back in told him I was going to take him to court and he said to me straight out good xxxxing luck, very rude very disrespectful so I'm working on shutting this place completely down because of all the negative comments got my friend and his lawyers working on this and Gathering all information so I can get a full refund of the car's value Plus emotional distress for what they are putting me through and the rude text messages

Purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 S-line from OC Autohaus in March 2019, soon as I drove home realized there was major mechanical issue. OC Autohaus went out of their way to avoid my communication efforts to resolve the issue, so I started an arbitration case shortly after purchase. In mid 2022 (3 years), I won the case, the vehicle's history and condition was misrepresented, the entire process has been highly stressful and financially costly, whilst resulting in not having access a car for 3 years! Although the funds involved had been recovered and car returned to OC Autohaus. This experience has significantly negative impacts my personal life and finances.

They sell corporate cars or cars with issues! Dont fall for that. After the sale is done they dont know you. Their only goal is to make money on auction cars. I ended up buying and it was a big mistake.
