You can't trust them.
I called to ask about a car and they said its back at the dealership for a recall to discover later that the car was a pending sale and they wanted me to stay interested until it's really sold, which is fine if I didn't need to stay at a hotel for an extra day waiting for the dam car to come out of the dealership. Luckily a friend of mine who dealt with them before and lives in Newport beach told me to forget about them as they are not trustworthy.
